They say rain on your wedding day is a sign of good luck. Well, it looks like good luck was bestowed onto the happy couple Sonal & E.E. as they overcame the clouds on their rainy wedding day in New York on September 8, 2012! Their fusion Catholic & Hindu ceremony was watched by guests under umbrellas as they weathered through the storm with the beautiful Brooklyn Bridge as their backdrop and simple pebble & floral decor with the sounds of a dohl player. By the time of their vows, the storms had passed and all were able to feel the full warmth of this special day. Sonal wore a beautiful gown by Payal Singhal.
Following the ceremony was a wonderful reception at the Scandinavia House with a buffet style dinner catered by the wonderful Jehangir Mehta of Mehtaphor.
